My Story - How it all started

Since 2019 I have taught my clients how to move well and be stronger in their bodies.

When Covid arrived and lockdown happened, I couldn't teach from home, everything went online.

I lost over half of my clients who didn't want to tackle a Zoom session, add to that the stress and trauma of lockdown too and it wasn't a great recipe.

I went in search and found very slow and gentle ways to move with ease which helped get me through this stressful time of uncertainty and worry, and it wasn't anything to with training harder or core strength.

It was a way of getting back in touch with my inner landscape, gently, slowly, with ease and less effort.

I am sharing these somatic holistic health lessons in my easy to follow online video course of very short ( 10 minutes) videos to remind us how to move with less pain, to shine a light on areas of our bodies that hold tension, to be well again and to finally feel revitalised to enjoy life as we age.
